Amazing service and advice
I bought a 3D crystal as a very special and sentimental gift for my mum’s 80th birthday, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with it.
I had a photo I really wanted to use, but it included six people, while the website appeared to only allow up to five heads. There was also text within the original image, so I wasn’t sure how it would work. I emailed Andrew for advice, and despite being away on holiday, he took the time to reply and explain exactly what I needed to order. He also reassured me not to worry about the fact there were six people in the photo.
The crystal arrived on time and, when I opened it, it was absolutely beautiful. The quality is fantastic, and it has turned what was already a special photograph into something that my mum can treasure for years to come.
The service from Andrew was exceptional — helpful, reassuring and genuinely above and beyond what I expected. The finished product is amazing, and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a unique and sentimental gift.
Excellent service, excellent advice and an amazing product. Thank you, Andrew!

Brilliant product with brilliant service
These guys were the only ones online with a phone number, and when I called a human who knew his stuff answered and actually discussed and advised as anyone over 50 will remember being normal. The help was invaluable.
I had a trophy that I had to give back, a very special Motorcycle Racing trophy, and I sent an image and Oh My Word what a fantastic result came back. I can’t tell you how good it is, Any photo I put would not do it service. The detail is truly staggering. It’s much better than I expected. Thanks to the team at 3D photo crystals.
