What type of photo should i upload to order one of your products?
The better quality your photo the better it will look on our products. Well focused,sharp photos always look better. Images bathed in natural light tend to look better rather than images or portraits with shadows or poor natural lighting. Try to avoid photos which are out of focus or are subject to camera shake. Images of 100 dpi or more are preferable. We prefer jpeg files bit can also work with bitmap or tiff.
Do i have to use the photo uploader or can i send the photo some other way?
We prefer you to use the photo uploader which is located at the bottom of every product page but you can also send the photo by e-mail file attachment to sales@3dphotocrystalgift.co.uk . You can also send your photo by post along with your contact telephone number,name and address to the address on the contact us page. We will ring you to confirm your order and to take payment over the phone.
How long will my gifts take to be delivered?
We try to send your items out next working day. Our standard postage is 2nd class Recorded Royal Mail. If there are likely to be delays for any reason then we will post a message stating the delay on the home page. Special delivery is also available as a postage option in the shopping cart. We send out items Special Delivery the next working day and Royal Mail gaurantee next working day delivery. We can also send out Special delivery gauranteed Saturday morning. There is an extra charge per item for our Special Delivery service, this will be stated in the shopping cart.
What happens if my goods are damaged in the post?
This is very unlikely as all our goods are adequately packaged. However if it should happen send the item back to the address on the contact us page and we shall replace it immediately and refund your postage via paypal.
What payment methods do you accept?
Our online payments are processed by Moneybookers and Google Checkout. This means that these companies process your debit or credit card and you don't require a Moneybookers account. However if you do have a Moneybookers account then you can use these funds. Alternatively if you would rather pay by phone then call us on (01754 762808 or 07850 970197) and we can accept all major debit and credit cards over the phone. If you send us a photo in the post then we can accept cheques made payable to Photo Genius. Please include the postage charge.
