Delivery & Returns

We aim to produce our gifts within 24 hours but during busy periods such as Christmas this may be longer. Delivery will usually take 2 working days and is via Royal Mail Tracked 48. International delivery is via Royal Mail International Tracked. Damaged goods can be replaced once a photo is shown via email. Photo Genius abides by the latest UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
