I ordered two of these and Have been very pleased with them. One of the mugs was perfect but the other didn't seem to wrap right round and so had a bit of a blank area. I'm not sure if that is because of the picture I chose. I must add the service is excellent though and if you do have any problems, it is likely that it will be acknowledged and solved.
